July 4th, 2014

Robert Stones has recently been honoured with the prestigious Dutton Medal – the award was made by the Nantwich Museum.

The museum’s board nominate an individual every year. Presenting the medal, museum secretary Sarah Hope outlined the extent of Robert’s “immense contribution” to the museum in his role of chair of the board – a role from which he has recently stood down after 11 years, as well as his wider charity work.

The Dutton medal is awarded every year, and has been made by Ron Dutton, in memory of his parents.
